REFUND POLICY

All items are FINAL SALE.

If you have an issue with your order, please email info@laura-faye.com within 10 days of receipt.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note, all orders are shipped domestically via USPS. If your package is lost or damaged, please send an email to info@laura-faye.com so that we can file a claim.

Please allow 7 BUSINESS days from your date of purchase to receive shipment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays (unless otherwise stated, ex. presale items).
